Interesting, and agree and think you have some valid points to consider, the vulnerability messaging is peak right now and if its aunthetic concerns from people in the know or whether its fear mongering to push an agenda, pushed by those who would profit to rebuild our current electrical grid. Is it a pysop to intentionally create outrage and fear to push along a massive billion dollar project, or are their concerns warranted? Cos youd think if it was true, that we are exposed and weak in such a critical infrastructure, making it known on such a public media parade, wouldnt that be a threat to national security? Why would they speak about weak points instead of trying to queitly make the essential changes needed to protect ourselves unless there was to be an actual solid backup plan or ability to maintain our society in the case of such an attack. Which touches on your point with your first bottom line, they likely would only make such a vulnerability known if our guys were more prepared then their guys and were just creating bait.   
  
But if you watch the video, he touches on all these theories, the possibility of a alternate agenda being at play, or the possibility of a purposeful collapse orchestrated by our own government to create a civil unrest on a massive nationwide scale.  
  
But i think you give some solid advice that everyone should consider, the ability to be self sufficient and protected in the case of such a disaster occuring, becsuse were talking a certain collapse of the government and law and order, abd some peoples plan would be to just take their neighbors resources opposed to preparing now, no matter how uncertain the possibility may seem to be in your eyes, you shoyld arm yourself, because a majority will just take your rescourse and some will rape your family in the meantime, so being willing to kill in such circumstances or being willing fo protect yourself is key for immediate survival and your chances of being capable to protect what rescourses you may of stockpiled in the likelihood of such an event
