Do you know this person? And why did he stop driving the car? Most people don't have a "good" car sitting around in their yard for no reason.

Its not his, its his ex wife's car, and she passed away. But I hear ya i agree with you. I do know him somewhat well, Im friends with his two daughters, his youngest daughter (whos one year younger then me) has a twin brother who i also know, though i dont see him since hes moved out of state like a decade ago
