I would build a Fantastic Garden Cafe/Coffee Haus with crazy freeform architecture unusual for emphasising transitions from to out door spaces, and with generously integrated moist lush gardens extended thoughout architecture and ample yard (and incling some exotic birds). We'd be serving some rather novel healthy local seasonal foods and drinks along side common comfort foods; ALL these made FAR more delicious than standards elswhere.  (I conceive recipes too.)  There'd be some retro elements (from era when THINGS were manufactured to last long and look STYLISH.)  True gracious service resurrected.   Our greatest emphasis would be placed on it being a a LifeStyle, (not just 'a job'), not so much for fat bank; a Community Magnet drawing in interesting folks I'd like to meet;  I figure THEY would be attracted to my Visions.  a place of Real Botanical Beauty and Enchantment, Architecture which is wonderously wild but still very efficient and practical, Arty Elements and colourful pavements and masonry,  in which we gracefully serve at least a few Fine Foods, and fer shur the BEST Coffee, Tea, and Hot-Chocolate... .  Again: where Special Folk might Gravitate...and some become my friends and 'family'.  Also where staff are treated as one would care for friends and family.  Staff would have some extra incentives in profit sharing, for example.  I thought of doing this on the outskirts of San Miguel de Allende, MX.... but I would need more investment cash than I have available... ...  It combines my creative and pragmatic talents, interests, personality, and values.    It's a long held dream with many details quite thought out.   I am returning to SMdA in couple months to see if I might make connexions.... but, somehow, a fair amount of means must magically materialize.  I don't at all care to OWN it; I merely want to CONCEIVE it and manage it.  As I said: "A LifeStyle".   Cheers
