on Tips on breaking the matrix in freethinkers

I find this topic very interesting. Life has become a very simple set of movements and rhythms for me because I love living in a very practical way and it’s working out for me ok so far (I used to be very anxious, driven, competitive and lost and outward looking). A lot of people I talk to find this hard to digest because it’s TOO simple, it requires one to drop conviction and emphasis and entitlement that we are special and unique and with a bit of knowledge we can ‘figure it out’. I have to drop things every day on what I think I figured out that no longer serves or rewards me. So here it goes (this is a long one):

\- First and foremost, I believe in God and that we are all one and from the Universe (I’m not Christian or religious). I believe the universe holds us all in its multidimensionality and we are equally multidimensional. (Just means we can drop into a depth of stillness, we are not designed to be  fight or flight like animals)

\- there are only two realities of what moves humans: true (soul) or false/corrupted truth (spirit).  Soul is moved by God, and depending out how far the spirit is from God, it moves lies often, a little or not - fed by the corruption.

\- false movements from humans have created this corruption / matrix that you refer to, but truth still exists and people represent it.

\- this can happen either because humans become so checked out they can’t feel what they’re being moved by OR their spirit doesn’t care and wants to enable corruption (we can all think of a few people that do this).

\- for the majority of the population we are perfectly imperfect, but sometimes we align to shitty things lol. Sometimes we react to these shitty things and then more shitty things happen. This is NOT our fault, but at the same time - we are responsible for what comes out of our mouths. When you have the contrast of truth and a lie - and you understand the difference - why tell a lie? Here lies the rewards of corruption. Celebrities spreading division; rewarded by the systems. The downside? They don’t get to live a soulful life and our bodies pay for it.

\- I don’t take any of it personal anymore nor am I surprised by the shitty games that corruption plays, I keep my life moving and just read it for what it is, nobody is born living a lie, we are born whole - the lies are slowly fed over time and imposed on us from an early age, we are told we aren’t enough (e.g, born sinners? You ever held a baby that feels like that? Not me lol) but deep down humans know what truth feels and looks like. We can all read it.

\- To support myself in the read and be moved by truth, I have to support my body and live in purpose  like bringing my best to work and being in the appreciation of what truth / God has brought into my life (and still live a tangible practical (not driven, more surrendered) life - and I aim to keep it simple). This means I cut out food that makes me feel dull, lifeless, heavy, racy, anxious, etc. It’s not perfect but this has changed my life after being in COVID lockdowns (I’m in Melbourne Australia IYKYK), my whole reality shifted and it’s like for once, my spirit is not doing the talking or walking, I am finally moving in a way that feels more true and ‘soulful’ again (it’s not a destination, it’s a journey) and I haven’t looked back since. I hope this helps someone ✨💜

PS is this the matrix? I like to not give it that much credit. I believe evil forces are jealous of the fact that we can hold truth in our body. And they’re so enraged that we have souls and a body. I like to not talk to it directly or give it any weight. Does that piss it off more? Potentially, but I’m only here to align to what God has in plan for me (again not the religious corrupted God - religious peeps don’t take that personally it is what it is, focus on the message lol); And I’ll do that in each life time that I get - and I’ll keep saying yes to more Heaven/Truth on Earth.
