Whats it called... The Hannibal directive? Or no that's the take no prisoner policy they had where they would kill their own people being taken hostages to avoid hostage negotiations. No their plan to go nuclear if the fall of Israel is inemeint. To just do a murder suicide of all their allies to ensure constant allegiance and protection, they're really in deep to thier goal of worldwide supremacy I'm afraid they won't ever face justice cos they'll Deadman switch the planet if their downfall is near ☹️ but I'm a wishful thinker so all hopes not entirely lost
