Yes, we are honest. No company can guarantee uninterrupted secure service, it's literally impossible. Anyone who tells you otherwise, is lying. FWIW, basically every internet service ever has similar language in their terms, or they are just lying. Example: ProtonMail: "The Company does not make any warranty about the reliability of the Services or the security of user data" [Source](https://proton.me/legal/terms)
