Yeah, we've settled all of this in the past. It seems like the second a human gets a bit of free time, they tend to turn evil. Over and over again, go back as far as you want. I bet cavemen were sitting around talking about lazy Gork who was always eyeing the clan women.

So. Do you think we need a strong government to protect humans? Or should humans just walk around with guns and let vigilantism work itself out?

Neither, per se. An occupied human tends to be a more stable human. The current world, its too easy to survive. Therein lies the issue.
