That's like saying "We just need no crime." The system creates a database of data that will ALWAYS be abused, either by people with lawful access or without. There is no possibly way to do this without the data getting into the wrong hands.

Yes, humans will always do illegal things with the tools we create. We still need this tool. Guns are used to kill and defend.

Why do we need it? Where is the evidence that it helps our society? Where are the independent studies showing the number of crimes solved or successful prosecutions went up? Or that crime went down? Flock only cites one study. They paid for that study, and it was immediately scrutinized and discredited by independent scientists and researchers for its methods, which were shoddy at best, highly fraudulent at worst. Why would they need to fabricate data and put out a fake study if it was actually making us safer?
