So, instead of having better drivers and tests, you don't want people to drive in America? I live like 15-20 minutes from the nearest grocery store. Should I bike every time I need milk? And that is driving time, that isn't biking time.

Exactly, it's insane. They are also pushing for digital ID which can be used to limit access to public transportation. If they restrict private transportation, and have the ability to ban you from public transportation, the government can restrict your movements any time they want. Imagine if this existed during COVID? 😮 I love driving. I spent most of COVID off-roading through the deserts of the Southwest (great place to socially distance!), including Utah. I moved across country twice and drove both times. To think that the government could essentially prevent you from leaving the state is insane.
