The statistics are all publicly available and very clear. The change in crime rate and clearance rate in cities with Flock are no different than the cities without Flock. Cities that add Flock haven't seen any meaningful impact in their own stats (although several did see crime go UP, leading to ending their contracts). If Flock made law enforcement more effective, then the number of arrests and convictions should go up when they add a ton of cameras, but they don't. What does go up, is the budget and the likelihood of the city having to pay out a multimillion dollar lawsuit for officer misuse.
