Your employee Neo won't even behave. How or why do you think the rest of humanity will? Your boi, dips ducks and dodges around the rules and then flaunts it to people. If you can't do something about him, what are we supposed to do? Have Dangun(the government) keep making more and more rules to try and stop everyone from being an asshole? Its happening on this site, the same thing that is happening in the world. You don't think you are being surveilled, everything you do on the internet?

Here's what you should do. Go find a completely random user on the site that has nothing to do with any of this. And ask them what they can do to help the situation. Because they have exactly the same ability and responsibility to worry about anything you just wrote.
