"Not a still photograph, the horror!" You are either purposely being obtuse or you're simply unable to understand this concept. It's NOT about the picture. It's about the fact they are analyzing it with AI and using it to build a profile of your movements and selling access to that to people all over the country that have no business seeing your movements. Can you do that with a Polaroid? No, obviously not. So, it's obviously not just a picture.

If you are watching a video can you pause the video and take a screen shot? Isn't that a picture also?
