Absolutely! There are a couple of options: Hide & Speak Social Hour: Wednesdays at 8pm EST - we started this stream to get more people involved. It's an open mic & open discussion from the start. Anyone can join (up to 10 people at one time) and you can talk about anything related to privacy, internet freedom, etc. though we often discuss things related to the state of technology and the enshittification of everything as well. Hide & Speak: Saturdays at 4pm EST - this is the main show where we usually have a guest, prepared questions, etc. Generally, these start as a closed panel for the first half, then we open it up after that for people to join, but the dicsussion is usually related to the guest / main topic of the show. This week, YouTube creator "The New Oil" will be joining us (the new oil = our data!), so it's likely to be a pretty general discussion about online privacy.

I have some thoughts about those topics. Thank you sir. Where my brain goes on this topic... Do you think individual human "data" is valuable? Most people buy things, get on social media and play video games, I guess porn is in there somewhere also. Most humans are pretty boring, I doubt data will be the new oil. Profiles are bought and sold for pennies on the dollar. With that said, anything "private" should be "yours". What is "private" when you are online? If you are on a phone call, other humans can record that phone call. If you are at your house naked in your backyard a satellite or a plane could fly over and see you. Have you guys defined "privacy"? Or expectation of "privacy" so I can see what your opinions are on this subject. I like the subject and think its important. I'm a mixed bag on this idea called privacy. Interesting topic for sure.
