Please show me the receipt for this. I don't believe that the new administration would do something like that!

The President called for the reinstatement of the Alien Enemies Act of 1798. This law was used during wartime in World War II to detain and imprison many legal citizens and residents of Japanese or German descent in concentration camps under the pretext that they might be spies or collaborating with foreign entities. Many of them were targeted simply for disagreeing with the war—something most Americans did during World War II. A lot of people forget that the United States also had concentration camps; Germany was not the only one. **[https://www.newsweek.com/donald-trump-1798-alien-enemies-act-2025964](https://www.newsweek.com/donald-trump-1798-alien-enemies-act-2025964)?** Furthermore, he has openly stated his desire to remove the Constitution, believing that it failed to prevent him from losing the last election. (citation below) He has also issued multiple executive orders that undermine freedom of speech. On December 11, 2019, he issued Executive Order 13899, Combating Anti-Semitism. The order is available in PDF format and can be accessed below: [https://www.govinfo.gov](https://www.govinfo.gov) Administration of Donald J. Trump, 2019 – Executive Order 13899: Combating Anti-Semitism Among other provisions, this executive order established protections that could result in fines or imprisonment for individuals exercising their right to free speech by criticizing Israel or making any form of comment or joke about Jewish people. You are welcome to examine the executive order for yourself. Then, on January 29, 2025, he issued a second executive order titled Additional Measures to Combat Anti-Semitism: [https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/01/additional-measures-to-combat-anti-semitism/](https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/01/additional-measures-to-combat-anti-semitism/) This order further increased the penalties for criticizing Israel or Jewish people, including jokes. Additionally, it introduced measures that could lead to the deportation of legal immigrants and the revocation of their legal status if they were found in direct violation of the order. Unrelated, but I believe you may also find this interesting: Trump previously made a post on Truth Social advocating for the removal of the Constitution because it failed to prevent him from losing the election, whether he believes it was stolen or not. Citation is available below. Elon Musk has also expressed his belief that the U.S. should not only implement a carbon tax for all Americans but also introduce a universal basic income—despite being the same person pushing for government budget cuts. There is much more to discuss, but we can delve into it another time. It took me a while to compile this information, as I triple-check my work for inconsistencies and conduct extensive research to ensure I am speaking from facts rather than emotion—unlike most people online. If you have any refutations, by all means, feel free to correct me.
