There should have been immediate justice. That "man" should have been thrown into the crocodile enclosure at the next feeding time. That is the only fitting punishment for him. Retarded or not.

I don't understand how onlookers can see something so appalling occur and not react with vengeance for the child or his mother who is unable to do so. I love hearing stories of crowds dealing street justice when seeing something with their own eyes and the scenario is pretty straightforward and lacks any plausible defense for the action. Like fuck fighting it out in court, if it's black and white then the person should be black and blue

Yeah, at the very least the dude should have "fallen" a few times. Or when subduing him, give him the ole knee twister so he never walks right again. Twist an arm. Twist his head... Get a finger or two. Just saying.
