These are the discissions that make a human a human and an animal exactly what they are. Animals have testosterone and male deer will kill a female while mating with her. If we want to blame our base instincts, court cases will get ridiculous. But then hopefully, we will be able to call humans what they are. Animals. People think these animals have logic, reason or a plethora of terms that appear as "thinking". Some humans are dumb AI's running on outdated system hardware. AKA animals. Eugenics happening by natural selection by putting yourself in jail for life. Wild times. The pendulum swings of societies.
