My question, if you were the person that bought the place and found the bodies, would you still fix the place up and live there?

I wonder that too. I wonder if they're tied into a contract now they can't break, they did purchase it 'as is, sight unseen' but I guess if they plan on fixing it up to rent to others they likely wouldn't care as much as they would if they were buying it for themselves to live in.
