nope you have to be the first person to block user->user banning is a seperate system altogether. if you block or ban you cannot see that users posts when logged in. But when logged out you can see all users posts regardless. This is why I told everyone the blocks and bans was a stupid idea in the first place and wanted to make it way more comprehensive if we ever implemented one.
