You can do this in a weekend or less if you felt truly inspired: Get a string of payday loans, and then use those loans as collateral for many smaller loans at as many payday advance locations as you can muster. Take the $100,000 in cash you have collected, vacuum seal it into a pillow, go to the post office and have it mailed to a border town, general delivery.
