How does a block system work when someone blocks you but they can still harass you? Who came up with this? Or did they think because you were blocking someone, you then wouldn't want to comment on their posts, but this person has shown a dedication to being an idiot. I wonder when they will block his IP. But maybe that is why he runs VPN's so he can consistently harass people with no ramifications.
