Absolutely. As I mentioned I'm hoping to start a business, and soon. I may have my investor currently. Man I hope so. In my opinion any business model that doesn't include a profit based incentive for the employees is asking for trouble. But one that includes at least a small profit share for the team is asking for success. And it makes financial sense. Just make sure they only make bonus if the company success is above expectations. Everyone wins. Im blown away it doesn't exist in every company at every level.
