True. I think, for most people most of the time, something is usually better than nothing due to the fear that "nothing" will be a fate worse than death. We all need companionship, pleasure, real love and acceptance but, often, those needs get distorted. Reminds me of the video below...when most people's "love" gets tested in any real way, it falls apart.
