Parent Post: I like watching people argue about their gods. Its as if their gods have no power and they(humans) have to prove god.

How does this religion from the desert have so much pull upon the world? Why do Europeans think Christianity defines them so much? Christmas? Not a Jewish holiday. That is Odin Father. Easter? Its about bunnies being fruitful and multiplying. Men and women would go to festivals and hump and make babies. Europeans had traditions and culture long time before this religion took over. If you look at the religion and how it was handled such as the Catholics running around murdering people, Christians haven't helped Europeans define themselves.

*Why do Europeans think Christianity defines them so much?* This is an interesting insight.....but do they? Or have they been forced, by law and brutality to think that way? Christianity has never come in peace....only in power....and brutality was always an option. Be interesting to hear your take on this. Peace.😇

As you see here humans need or love other things to define their lives for them. Such as governments, gods, or something else that is arbitrary. Humans love religion, I don't understand it. I mean, I am dumbfounded by the need for a god. Government is just a bunch of humans with opinions. Well most things/groups are just humans with opinions. Then we are forced into what they have made "law". Interesting world we live in. If we ever meet, I walk around with my mouth agape because of my surprise at everything all the time, not because I'm a mouth breather:) And my eyebrows are always in a holy crap look at that expression...
