Have you seen the YT shorts from this home inspector? @tenguhunter ? New home builds are systematically defective, major construction/installation problems, while the mediation processes for buyers border on or are fraudulent. The poor quality appears to be a deliberate feature of the big builders. It’s a terrible sign and reminds me of present day America, where building or rebuilding needed infrastructure seems to violate some unspoken rule. https://www.youtube.com/@cyfyhomeinspections
