I'm going to sidestep "dangerous speech" as a nonsensical idea, hopefully without impugning your intelligence in the bargain. If my pocha is about Fuzzy Kitten Feel Goods and I ban someone who wants to post "I hate cats", that's not impeding their speech. They have their own pochas where they can post whatever they like about cats. Also, people endlessly posting memes, vaguely accusatory videos, just plain nonsense; at least from my perspective as the pocha mod, again, they have their own pochas where no one can stifle them. I've gone to the extent of requesting permission to post my thoughts in pochas where the proprietor might object to the subject matter, and, wonder of wonders, abided by their decision. I have the impression that people took the idea of "free speech" just a little too far, imagining they should allow material they wouldn't allow in their own house to be posted in their pochas. And, people who wouldn't dream of going into their neighbors houses and expressing certain thoughts seem to feel as though it's their actual right to go into someone else's pocha and do so. I've dealt with this in my own home, and in my experience you simply must set boundaries with some people. It could only be a moral dilemma in my view if banning someone from your pocha somehow resulted in them losing access to their own. This is a matter of vandalism and the policing of same. As I see it.
