This guy is on felony probation for having a machine gun. I guess switches are so common today, the court system doesn't care.  When you run someone over with a vehicle, why isn't that attempted murder? Why was he running from the cops? Because, he was guilty of a crime, then committed more crimes and put the public in danger. Obviously he is a menace to society and should be forced to work for society for the rest of his life. Bring back the Gulag.
