If politicians dissappeared it would just make things worse. Then the banks and big business would openly control things without having to pretend and and fake democracy, that buffer has value. Thats a big part of trumps job. He's blurred the lines between business, government and personal profit entirely. There won't be any trust in politicians, nor should there be, and eventually no need for them. Well not trump, but his bosses. He's probably about 80% of the way up the ladder, just somewhere in the upper echelons of the intel system. As I have mentioned many times, intel is millions and millions of people in reality, everything from trumps bosses down to local influencers like sheriffs, business owners and school administrators. These people have almost infinite tools to work with and the training to weaponize them to control the actions of regular people and even their thoughts. Many don't know they work for intel systems and think they are just doing their job. Intel is the vast taskforce network the slavemaster class use to operate society. Politicians are just a small part of it and nowhere near the top. They can be reassigned at any point, or just become actors for propaganda media projects, as that was their training anyway. Politicians have way more bosses than we do. They have very specific instructions they must follow or be dealt with, but they are handsomely rewarded for good behavior. We on the other hand can go down any number of paths that will over time funnel us into one of many, many acceptable and allowed positions in society.

I don't really think the politicians stop the banksters, but yeah the elites do have tools. I actually think the appearance of freedom or "you" having picked your boss makes you feel better.
