OK. What would you say if I showed you a way to calculate the amount of energy released during a forest fire? How would you do that? After oh say 20 years of study and research, how much do you think I should be paid? Remember this. The scientists at the DOE haven't done it yet, and they have been working steadily since Nixon 1977.
