''2. Stealthy terrestrial spacecraft (painted vanta black, thermally stealthy, RF absorptive coatings)'' I have already come up with speculative technology that could detect such spacecraft: Dynamic Mutually Supporting 3 dimensional coordinate radar satellite network system. I believe ROK has been working on something like that. With such system, ROK will be able to detect any stealth aircraft in the future. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spherical_coordinate_system Radar from Satellite A, on the outer perimeter of such a system sends radar waves to the opposite perimeter B. If nothing is there between them, Satellite A will detect Satellite B. If a stealth spacecraft absorbed the radar wave from A, then A wouldn't be able to detect B, and vice versa. This will alert that something is out there somewhere between A, and B. Then the system would 'cross reference' by observing the radar wave from the satellites above/below A and B. They will find an exact point somewhere on a direct line between A and B, where the C cannot detect D, and vice versa. This point is where the stealth craft if blocking the radar waves.

"Would you like a modeled prediction of how the signal from such a drive might look compared to a regular mass flyby?" is it something like this? The closest point the drive came to the detector will be detected first then the signal would split and show two identical invisible objects both travelling at C to where it came from and where it went to. after those signals have made 50% of their respective journeys to the start and end of where the drive has been, the signals will appear to come back to the detector and then stop at the point it was first detected. This is assuming a perfect line of travel the detector is in the middle of with equal distances between both points. The activation of the drive would not be detected untill the gravity distortion has had enough time to reach the detector same with the place it stopped, so the signal doesn't actually come back it is replaced with the signal of the first and last place the drive was.

This is brilliant stuff! Wow. It’s gonna take me a hot minute to digest. 🙏
