Its a hydrogen engine that they put in a tank, maybe. Hydrogen engines have been around a long time and just because Korea, for the first time puts it in a tank doesn't mean that is the first hydrogen tank ever thought about. Have you thought that there maybe a reason the largest military in the world doesn't use such a "technology"?

''Hydrogen engines have been around a long time and just because Korea, for the first time puts it in a tank doesn't mean that is the first hydrogen tank ever thought about.'' ROK has the most advanced hydrogen technology in the world. Where hydrogen will shine is in heavy industrial scale engine application, compared to electric motors. ROK has the most experience in the application of hydrogen engine, to the point even Swiss ended up adopting ROK model. https://www.hyundaitranslead.com/news/hyundai-translead-to-lead-distribution-of-xcient-fuel-cell-trucks-in-north-america/ https://www.forbes.com/sites/davidblekhman/2023/08/09/not-only-banks-and-chocolate-hyundai-h2-from-swiss-alps-to-oakland/ ''Have you thought that there maybe a reason the largest military in the world doesn't use such a "technology"?'' U.S. neither has the technology to the level of Hyundai nor the experience of deploying the engine. https://www.ttnews.com/articles/hyroad-nikola-truck-owners USN is the most powerful navy in the world, but its shipyards are a joke; maybe there is a reason why the most powerful navy in the world should have joke shipyard?

Where is the engine deployed for Hyundai? Ship yards were a joke before WW2 also, seems like America did alright when it needed to scale up. Korea is the size of one state in America, if America wants to produce something it will.

''Where is the engine deployed for Hyundai?'' https://www.hyundaixcientusa.com/2025-xcient/ Hydrogen fuel cell also has military application: ROKA and ROKN will build stealth tank, and stealth submarine, stealth super torpedo, all based on hydrogen. U.S. has nothing even close. ''Ship yards were a joke before WW2 also, seems like America did alright when it needed to scale up.'' No, U.S. shipyards before WW2 had been the state of art already before WW2. U.S. had had the biggest, and most advanced shipyard back in the day, long before WW2. ''Korea is the size of one state in America, if America wants to produce something it will.'' https://www.biometricupdate.com/202508/south-koreas-etri-sets-sights-on-international-standard-for-digital-id-wallets ROK keeps advancing over U.S. in more and more technologies.
