something something about living too long and becoming the villain. You see it so often with youtubers as they get more fame they turn into the blob.

This is true. I know several of them, I know one, in particular, who used to talk to me, and after they made it massive.....I was excommunicado ... I have been in this business for almost 13 years now, and I've met people from The Verge and FOX News to YouTubers and influencers (and I have seen Linus at many industry events). There are a few really great people, but the majority are entitled and rude. I know because I don't associate with most, my success has been slow to come and may even be as high as it ever will be. But I am good with not hanging with a crowd, just to advance my business.
