Thats the truest observation I never really thought of that but you're right, cos the ussually drop an improved version with bug fixes after a year of probably receiving complaints and returns on warranty. They do seem to rush to releasing systems, I've seen it with games recently too since must games can now handle bug fixes in patches that they drop and require you to download it's often fixing problems and glitches they would of caught if they did a more extensive testing period but they seem to be rushed to make their money back on the sales to pay their employees. I know one of the latest Pokémon games got dragged thru the mud by fans who were fed up with game freaks (pokemons parent company) practices when it comes to rushing their games to shelves. There were like retarded bugs and just shotty game play that seemed incredibly rushed which totally obvious due to the short interval of time between the previous Pokémon game. the programmers likely having dual responsibilities between Pokémon go and Pokémon sleep and their recent online arena Pokémongame, Pokémon unite I think its called, Pokémon snap, as well as any other game patches they were working on and forced to release because they didn't do the due dillegence to obsessively play over the entire map to discover no clip zones and other off the beaten path glitches you discover as soon as you veer off the designated path your charactercis expected to take, you find glitches that anyone replaying the game a second time and exploring or attempting shortcuts, you can find. they released like 3 games in 2023, one of them being a double game like sword and shield, which is Cleary a money grab, it's just like the same game with slightly different gameplay options or quests in order to release the same game under different titles. That's the good thing about Rockstar (that everyone seems to forget when they slam Rockstar for the decade of production theyce been spending on GTA6, at least we know we will be getting a game worth the 60 (the base price for most modern games on release) or 80 dollars '(I heard that gta will be something like 90 dollars if I'm not mistaken, they're gonna try to ask for it, and they will get it) at least it will be complete and with a storymode with hours of gameplay and multiple story lines as well as a map that is basically a 1 to 1 replica of Miami Florida.

Yeah the AAA studios really have lost the plot releasing games too early. Often the games are so buggy on release that the poor experience destroys the game. People don't like to pay full price to beta test a $200 Million game. It's probably just because I am getting old now, but I don't get excited for game or system launch's like I used to. Been Burned too many times. If something becomes a hit I'll check it out though.

Couldn't agree more, especially video games I am that way, I tend to wait to ride the wave opposed to gojng out looking for one to ride, i let others tell me what to try. Whereas with movies or music I know that I can't trust the critics and what people tell me about either, besides the cost is much smaller so the risk of being disappointed isn't going to the same
