I had this in the previous post, somehow I deleted it by accident. It fits with the "cloud" from the Revelation verse, note at the end, they want our consciousness in their "cloud." It's why I used the verse about Satan mimicking Jesus; & linked a Black Mirror episode that had someone's consciousness trapped in AI's cloud: "How companies like [Neuralink could upload human brains](https://www.dazeddigital.com/life-culture/article/60341/1/mind-uploading-key-to-eternal-life-or-terrifying-dystopia-neuralink-elon-musk) into cyberspace. "Today, with advances in neuroscience, AI, & computational technology, a new frontier in the pursuit of immortality has emerged: **brain uploading**. The concept is as ambitious as it is controversial—transferring the essence of a human mind, including memories, thoughts, & personality, into a digital substrate. Could this be **the key to living forever in a digital world**? "Uploading our minds to a computer, to live on after the inevitable death & decay of our physical bodies, has long been a fantasy of sci-fi films, video games & TV series (case in point: the much-loved Black Mirror episode 'San Junipero'). Many people might argue that it should stay that way. Like it or not, though, scientists are hard at work as we speak, conducting research that might one day make digitally-assisted eternal life a reality. Some, like computer scientist Ray Kurzweil, believe that humans will be able to **upload their entire brains to computers – & thus achieve 'digital immortality'** – as early as 2045. "Unsurprisingly, the concept of handing over a detailed map of **your brain to be uploaded to the %%cloud%%**, or live out the rest of your days as a janky avatar in a sad little metaverse (god forbid), is quite controversial."
