actually the prohibition is to not 'murder', we are allowed to 'kill' for food.  The english does not render any of the original writings in Hebrew in a good way at all.

well, dues can refer to 'any god', while in latin dios refers specifically to God.  One God.  I use the term Hashem personally in speaking w/ others or God, but in my prayers I use the tetragrammaton
