It's a complex issue in the sense that genuinely many areas are facing real water scarcity. There's not the slightest bit of evidence that this is caused by people burning fuel, which is the primary target of the climate change narrative. It may very well be the case that really important geological areas will essentially run out of water in the next one to ten years. What is absolutely not the case is that getting everyone to buy into climate change bs will have any effect on that.
