Absolutely! Sun avoidance is probably the first thing I tossed aside back when I first started to realize "they" weren't necessarily giving us sound advice. Very quickly I began bucking just about every trend. Butter's bad? Eggs bad? Meat bad? Screw that! I started combining every "bad" thing I could. Never looked back. Haven't worn sunglasses in something like 30 years.
