It would be good to find a holistic doctor that could help you better. For each person it can be different depending on height, weight, metabolism, and exactly what you are dealing with. For me, I take it as a regimine to stay 'cleaned out/up' if you will. I use the horse paste, they do have pills also and that goes by weight. If a person weighs 200 lbs. they should start with 250 or 300 on the horse paste. And when I first started, I did it every day for 4 or 5 days, and then stopped for a week or two. Then started back up again. And if when I take them both together I will take 200 mark of iver and 200 mark of femben together at the same time for two or three days. And again, it just depends on what you are using it for and the other factors.
