Me too! I saw someone ask ChatGPT which direction the sun rises. It said, “west.” I heard that it frequently gets factual answers wrong and I don’t get it. I don’t know how, after so long, that’s possible. The lying has to be intentional. And I wonder what purpose it has to knowingly deceive us.

It told me it didn't have the answer I was looking for so it made it up. Super detailed info about one of the ancient families. Can't remember who it was. When I tried to follow up I couldn't find the guy it told me was the modern leader of the family. Because he was fictional
