QE is a specific strategy by the federal reserve that can be seen in their monetary policy on their own website. We were in QT, then we were in light QT, now we're in neither. We have not yet begun QE since the COVID QE. The government and federal reserve do not want to ever lower inflation. It has never happened and never will. The federal reserve's goal is to manage inflation so it does not affect the people too quickly, where they'd get mad and revolt that all their wealth is being stolen.

I consider the AI/data centers have been serving as QE just as immigration served as a QE. I agree that the Fed does not want lower inflation %%ever.%% The talking heads have been using the word disinflation. It's when demand dries up.
