"Will the prices come down? Or will you own nothing and be happy?" I am guessing both. Probably not something that will be evenly spread out coast to coast. The increases of housing prices have out paced increases of income by a lot. Getting tough to buy in many areas.

All of this housing crisis revolves around having to be close to where you work. Work is becoming more decentralized now and hopefully soon tiny houses or premanufactured housing will become more prevalent. There are tons of cars out there, but they keep the prices high. Elon wants to mass produce but keep prices high as well. Weird times this abundance issue has caused with capitalism. Will we go full communist "utopia"? What will be the fate of mankind? Tune in next week at the same bat time, same bat channel...
