Possible, but I don't see the gulf states kicking the USA out. Their only option then would be to beg Russia and China to build bases there. And I don't think Russia or China has much interest in that. China may build the bases but they aren't going to militarily protect any of those countries just for oil. China is rapidly building electric technologies so their future generations won't be dependent on oil. They have been building coal plants still in the last few years, and switching all their infrastructure to coal and electric vehicles. Which they have some of the largest coal mines in the world.

China is not in the base building business it concentrates on what makes China stronger. imho the U.S. is already kicked out or maybe given the reason to leave that some were looking for but I do think that there is a ways to go with this war.
