OPEC keeps the price inflated. Oil is abundant. We are in a scarcity paradigm. I wonder when it will end?

Oil is abundant but how has OPEC kept the price inflated? Look at the price now and during the war. I was stunned and thought the price would go to the moon but it didn't because it couldn't. I looked up price levels in the past and a little about the cohesion of OPEC . As far as a scarcity paradigm I don't think it will be physical scarcity but I think that the dollar is going to be debased more and more and more as time goes on and more and more people will be able to look at things but will be unable to buy them. This must happen to MAGA this country's manufacturing base. Also the problem of selling our debt is keeping us in a big QE loop. We have been buying our own debt. So dollars are getting stuck here. As they accumulate here their value keeps decreasing and it takes more of them to to buy the exact same house, car or apple. I dunno but I think I'm pretty close.
