You're trying to convince me we're in a housing market bubble, but we're not. Housing prices show our true inflation value and it's our currency and residency that is the issue, not artificial housing prices.

Yes its systematic, and yes its the dollar crashing, but yes, the housing market is a bubble. Only way its not a bubble is if the whole super bubble can burst all at once, then its all equal. But thats not how it works. It will spring leaks in certain places first. Housing will be one of those leaks.

Housing will not crash without the reduction of demand. It is basic macro economic theory.
