There has never been true capitlalism. I believe it would work if given a chance. Its clear that the governments and the controllers will never let any system function as intended. They will always use nice words and ideas to pacify the people, so they can rob them of their wealth and resources.

Pretty much it right there. With any system, the controllers/managers or whatever other descriptor you could use are generally always the principal beneficiaries of it. That's why parasites love getting stuck into the ruling classes of all societies.
