Yes, Terrain Theory does raise valid questions. Some symptoms we blame on viruses like inflammation or fatigue could totally be influenced by stuff like stress, poor sleep, or bad nutrition, rather than just a bug hijacking your cells. Modern science kinda bridges both ideas: viruses exist and can spread, but your body’s condition plays a huge role in how they affect you. Germ theory is all about well: germs, droplets and contact, airborne spread.
