This is another great post....and would be equally amazing in the grammar pocha. 😇 Brilliant insights at the interplay of two very common yet terribly misunderstood emotions. hmm....what emotions are not terribly misunderstood? Not sure we are very good at teasing out the nuances of emotions when trying to deal with them...especially in the moment. You are wise to set this out...take time....spend time...invest time....in patterns that reveal themselves to us....call out to us. If we 'animalize' our emotions, that seems to be a good way to 'communicate' with them. Make pets out of our emotions....give them life, agency. We are going to have them the entirety of our lives. The wisest among us would make good friends of their emotions. Peace.😇
