For those out of the loop  
[Elon recently appealed the $56 billion payday his board of family and friends 'approved' at Tesla; he won't get it, and was denied for good reason from a Delaware judge. Tesla shares dropped so low that the loans taken out against them as collateral can be collected on; they'd come collecting sooner or later; so the need to sell 'X/Twitter' to xAI, especially for the data harvesting is abundantly clear; he's obviously up to nefarious things behind the curtains with his evil villain act.  
  
A clever loophole to give its ownership as stock to the constituents of xAI and then give it its own valuation of $10billion less than what he bought twitter for to write it off as a loss. I'm sure there's some legal mumbo jumbo for it all, but in a matter of speaking, he took it from one table to another table and said 'here you all get a piece of this pie its yours and its worth this much but i get to be in charge of it all' -- nothing changes other than he gets to keep Twitter as Tesla tanks.  
  
xAI is nothing better than DeepSeek running on lesser hardware which can be build in datacenters at a fraction of the cost.  
  
On the evil part of the data collection side..  
To ask an AI, 'Hey Grok' or 'Hey LLaMA' -- 'What is the customer rapport for  and their customer base, and what is the level of interaction, can you interpolate their customer satisfaction rate from their engagements and compare it with this brand and this brand and tell me the key differences between them all?'. This level of data is expected; and valuable, especially if you can see your competition.  
  
We common folk ain't gettin' access to that. Imagine that.  
  
'Hey Grok' 'Tell me what the people of these traits are talking about and what are the things they all buy or do'  
  
Agencies that are strictly X.com with public press and rapport are killing the decentralized web and creating central points of failure. We want websites, not to kill memos and press releases from websites and put them in one place.

Low orbit starlink satellites have a duration of 0-5 years of orbit time before crashing to Earth or other mechanical failure. SpaceX can't launch a rocket to save itself, Tesla got 'We the peopled' to his own dismay. He wants to rule the world. He wants AI to rule the world, but what he doesn't and can't possibly understand is
