If someone posts kooky fake news. If someone posts false accusations, false facts, false documents, and we can prove them wrong beyond rational doubt, but they just ignore evidence, appear in a new thread the next day, with zero recollection of the day before, can we report, downvote or otherwise make their posts less visible?

Sojoo follows much the same formula that most other forums, imageboards and twitter clones do. Where the most stupid, attention-grabbing and response-baiting threads get the most amount of traffic because they are bumped the most. How about a different forum? How about a change? We still want to see current events that are more popular, and we still want to slam dunk on kooky conspiracy retards, but we should keep them a few threads down from the top and have current events and more intelligent threads above them if at all possible. A bump should be stronger than a reply. perhaps even, a reply shouldn't automatically bump, or bump far less.
