I can see this in many places of employment making stores and shopping experience feel unclean and unsafe for patrons ,women, children,it makes no common sense. It is a style of thievery from above. Then trickles down. The ability to nuture diversity and do good business is morally weakened . It looks like the companies get the inventory kick backs from insurance policies. You cannot address it. Or put it check.
