Whats the city in which you live like? "modern convenience" is a grey scale. HOw comfortable is it? Is there ANY sacrifice?

The only issues I find are money transactions with the US can be difficult. But that's because I'm a person who avoids the banking system entirely. And there are some bugs because they never freeze off. Kidding aside, the main issue is earning income. A broke person coming here to find a high paying job would be out of luck. For an American to earn monbey here you would need to open a business. I work from home and my job is in California so it works perfectly for me. My wife and I are planning to open a restaurant as well before too long to bring in some income locally. To live down here you need to have some sort of income. Thats why I'm trying to put together a group and not just do iot for myself and my family. With just a few people joining we could massively scale up the project and build a real paradise. Its very cheap and easy with how things operate here. When I say modern convenience, I'm referring to fast internet and such. As I mentioned I work in San Diego so my tech has to be top notch or they would get someone local.
